PRODUCT WARRANTY
Lifetime – for as long as you own the vehicle
Our removable and reusable SOYAFILM® is designed to last year after year. The product warranty remains valid for as long as you, the original buyer, keep the vehicle for which the film was ordered.
The warranty covers:
• Colour stability
• Cracking
• Crazing
Valid when the film has been handled correctly. To assess a claim, we require the order number and may also need photographs or the defective film returned to us.
DAMAGE WARRANTY
5 years of added protection
If a film is damaged after purchase – regardless of how the accident occurred – you receive a new film for the affected window at no product cost.
Fee per damage claim:
SEK 139 within Sweden
SEK 239 outside Sweden
+ SEK 99 for each additional damaged window
May be used on two separate occasions within five years. The damaged film must be folded and returned to us.
ORDERING MISTAKE
Ordered the wrong item? We will help you move forward
When window film has been manufactured and cut according to your selections and vehicle, it is considered a custom-made product. Such products are normally exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal.

If you have nevertheless ordered incorrectly, you can use the SOYAFILM® exchange programme subject to the terms below.
SOYAFILM® EXCHANGE PROGRAMME
New vehicle. New windows. The same peace of mind.
When you change vehicles, want film for another vehicle or have ordered incorrectly, you can exchange your previous SOYAFILM®. We take care of the returned film and give you the opportunity to order a new set at an attractive fixed price.
Order a warranty replacement or exchange online
Orders are placed on our dedicated product page. Contact us first to have your warranty or exchange request approved, then select the correct option on the product page.
Pack the films
Send the films to us in the packaging in which they were delivered. Enclose your order number or receipt.
We inspect them
We verify that the films are intact and that every piece from the original package is included.
Order the new set
Once the inspection has been approved, we will send you an email with a link for ordering your new window film.

Exchange terms
• Same scope: The exchange covers the same number of film pieces as were included in the original package.
• Complete return: All ordered film pieces must be returned and remain intact. Minor scratches or dirt are accepted.
• Multiple vehicles: If you purchased film for several vehicles, the exchange fee is charged per vehicle.
• Validity period: An exchange may be made up to twice per year and for a maximum of five years from the purchase date.
• Geographical coverage: The programme is available in Sweden and the rest of Europe at the prices shown above.
• Reuse: Returned film is handled and reused in the best possible way to reduce unnecessary material waste.
